When you connect your Google account, we access your Google Calendar data (events, free/busy information) solely to check your availability and book appointments on your behalf. We also store your name, email address, and a secure authentication token to maintain your calendar connection.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your calendar data is used exclusively to:

• Determine your available time slots when a customer calls
• Book appointments on your Google Calendar
• Display your schedule information to you on your dashboard

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your authentication credentials are stored securely in our database with encryption. Call logs and transcripts are stored to provide you with a record of customer interactions. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following services:

• Google Calendar API – to read and write calendar events
• Supabase – for secure data storage and authentication
• Retell AI – for AI-powered voice call handling

5. Your Rights

You can disconnect your Google Calendar at any time by revoking access through your Google Account permissions. You may also request deletion of all your data by contacting us.
