1. Service Description

Apex AI provides an AI-powered receptionist service for roofing contractors. Our service answers incoming phone calls, checks your Google Calendar for availability, and books appointments on your behalf.

2. Account Requirements

To use Apex AI, you must connect a Google account with Google Calendar access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Google Calendar Access

By connecting your Google Calendar, you authorize Apex AI to:

• Read your calendar events to determine availability
• Create new calendar events when appointments are booked
• Access your calendar on your behalf, even when you are offline

You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The AI receptionist depends on third-party services (Google, Retell AI) which may experience downtime.

5. Limitation of Liability

Apex AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for missed calls, incorrect bookings, or any damages arising from the use of our service. The AI may occasionally make errors in understanding callers.

6. Termination

You may stop using Apex AI at any time by disconnecting your Google Calendar and ceasing to forward calls. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
